At Sandrock House we will always endeavour to send out your goods as soon as possible, but please note our delivery timescales are estimates. If your order is out of stock or made to order, these time frames may not apply. For delivery quotes to Europe/ rest of the world please contact sales@sandrockhouse.com and provide the item/s and full delivery address in the email.

• Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been booked in for delivery. Our standard delivery service is a door to door ground floor only service, please specify if you would like our courier to delivery to another floor, or if there are difficulties accessing the property as this will incur additional costs. Our delivery service also does not include assembly or removal of packaging or old items. If you make separate orders online, we cannot combine the shipping cost and issue a refund for the shipping/ delivery on the other order(s)We, unfortunately, cannot hold any orders longer than two weeks.
  We will of course make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated, however, we cannot guarantee this as it might be affected by unforeseen problems (such as courier or supplier issues). 

• We will always look at the most efficient, yet safest way to transport your goods to your door. We will notify you of the method of transport and the expected delivery date via email. If tracking is supplied we will send you the link to follow your order.For all our customers outside the UK, please contact us for delivery quotes at sales@sandrockhouse.com

• At Sandrock House we do our utmost to reduce the number of materials that go to waste. When and where we can, we reuse as much packaging as possible. Please note, we are always looking at ways to be more eco friendly, and with this, we have starting significantly reducing the amount of plastic within our parcels.
